Viterbi SEO Mgmt primarily provides digital marketing and web services. Physical shipping applies only to customer-requested printed marketing materials (such as brochures, business cards, stickers, flyers or similar items). This Shipping Policy explains how physical orders are processed and delivered.

1. Digital Services

Most services provided by Viterbi SEO Mgmt are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Delivery timelines for digital services are communicated individually based on the scope of work.

2. Physical Marketing Materials

When customers order printed or physical marketing materials, production typically begins after design approval and payment confirmation. Because these items are custom produced, processing times may vary depending on the specifications of the order.

3. Shipping Methods and Timing

Physical orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express Flat Rate tracked service. All shipments include tracking information, which is provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched. Signature confirmation may be added upon request or when appropriate for order security. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and may vary. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with corrections when possible.

5. Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work in good faith with the shipping carrier and the customer to investigate and pursue a reasonable resolution. If a shipment is confirmed by the carrier to be lost or unrecoverable, Viterbi SEO Mgmt will work with the customer to make the situation right, which may include replacement, service credit or refund as appropriate.

Physical shipments from Viterbi SEO Mgmt are fulfilled within the United States only. If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
